Key Requirements
Experience managing large FM portfolios in multinational environments
Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
Understanding of technical property systems (CRAC, Chiller, Fire Protection, M&E, BMS)
Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
Experience with client reporting and contract interpretation
