Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Master's degree or PhD in mental health field
  • Current independent clinical license required
  • Minimum 5 years post-licensure behavioral health experience
  • Experience with evidence-based approaches like CBT
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends

Nice-to-have

  • Managed care environment experience preferred
  • EAP experience and CEAP certification preferred
  • Telephonic counseling and coaching background
  • Strong administrative and computer software skills
  • Diplomacy and empathy in difficult conversations

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree or PhD in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or RN with psychiatric specialization
  • Current independent clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LPCC, PhD, PsyD, PMHNP)
  • Minimum 5 years of post-licensure experience as a behavioral health clinician
  • AAS Crisis Specialist Certification within the first year of employment
  • High-speed internet connection (10Mbps download/5Mbps upload) for remote work
