The Director, Master Data Operations and Services is responsible for leading Breakthru Beverage Group’s enterprise Master Data Management function, ensuring accurate, governed, and reliable Customer, Vendor, and Material data across the organization.
This role leads a distributed team of data professionals and partners closely with IT, Data Governance, and business leaders to ensure master data effectively supports core business processes, regulatory compliance, analytics, and enterprise initiatives.
Compensation includes a salary range of $126,000.00 - $175,000.00, a 25% annual bonus, and benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) matching.
