Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • 12+ years of experience in automotive embedded software development, integration, and/or validation
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing software builds and releases for complex, multi-ECU systems
  • Working knowledge of CAN/LIN, Ethernet, diagnostics, serial data, and over-the-air (OTA) concepts
  • Working knowledge of software configuration management and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
