Job Description & Requirements Our client is a leading global technology and solutions provider, with a strong presence in Asia-Pacific, specializing in digital transformation and business process solutions. The organization partners with enterprises and public sector clients to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and drive innovation through advanced technologies such as automation, analytics, and cloud-based platforms. Key Responsibilities: Business & P&L Ownership Own and manage the business unit P&L, including revenue growth, margin performance, cost optimization, and long-term profitability. Translate corporate strategy into clear business unit plans, targets, and success metrics. Drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews with financial discipline and transparency. Portfolio Strategy & Product Leadership Define and evolve the Solutions portfolio in line with market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. Lead the launch of new product and service offerings, from concept to commercialization. Ensure a strong balance between innovation, scalability, and market readiness across offerings. Product Marketing & Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead product marketing strategy, including positioning, value propositions, pricing, and competitive differentiation. Design and execute go-to-market strategies across direct and partner-led channels. Ensure compelling messaging and storytelling that resonates with target customers and industries. Sales Enablement & Revenue Acceleration Partner closely with Sales leadership to enable sales teams with the right tools, playbooks, collateral, and training. Drive adoption of offerings through clear use cases, customer success stories, and differentiated sales narratives. Support strategic and complex deals, including executive-level customer engagements. Partner Alliances & Ecosystem Development Build and manage strategic partner alliances, including technology, channel, and solution partners. Develop joint GTM mot
