Job Summary

  • Oversees the complete contract lifecycle, including draft, review, and management of License Agreements for events at multiple venues.
  • Tracks and manages the return of all required documents, deposits, and payments, and acts as the primary liaison with insurance carriers and state risk management.
  • Prepares and distributes Event sheets for public events and updates exclusive sponsorships lists.
