Job Summary
The Dietary Director ensures meals are safe, nutritious, and tailored to meet each resident’s individual needs in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards.
This role manages dietary staff, maintains budget compliance, and coordinates with other departments to support resident well-being and satisfaction.
The director is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment and participates in Quality Assurance and interdisciplinary team meetings.

Key Requirements
Graduate of approved dietary manager’s course
Minimum one year long-term care dietary experience preferred
Must maintain continuing education and licensing
Good standing with Department of Public Health License and Certification Division
