Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of progressive healthcare operations or clinic management experience
At least 3 years in a supervisory or multi-department leadership role
Strong knowledge of Occupational Health, Drug & Alcohol testing, and clinical administrative workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management systems
Ability to travel quarterly to statewide clinic sites
