Job Summary
Verify the availability of relevant documents at the processing area, including work instructions, route cards, product drawings, control plans, in-process inspection reports, and first component approval reports.
Ensure proper identification and traceability requirements are maintained in the process and locations, and identify non-conformance parts, following up until rejection is declared and an 8D report is submitted.
Carry out stage inspection reports as per work instructions and ensure all inspection, measuring, and testing equipment have necessary calibration stickers or monthly color identification.
