  • Oversee deposit business, targets for deposits, funds, life insurance, and various insurances, and develop marketing strategies aligned with current situations to achieve bank goals.
  • Responsible for bank product sales targets, managing existing clients, and acquiring new ones to create business opportunities, while providing advice and selling products that meet client needs.
  • Plan and supervise team work to meet set targets, prepare daily/monthly sales reports, and conduct daily/weekly team meetings to stimulate sales and monthly meetings to review overall performance.
