Job Summary
Oversee deposit business, targets for deposits, funds, life insurance, and various insurances, and develop marketing strategies aligned with current situations to achieve bank goals.
Responsible for bank product sales targets, managing existing clients, and acquiring new ones to create business opportunities, while providing advice and selling products that meet client needs.
Plan and supervise team work to meet set targets, prepare daily/monthly sales reports, and conduct daily/weekly team meetings to stimulate sales and monthly meetings to review overall performance.
