10+ years systems engineering and AI architecture experience
Experience architecting enterprise AI/ML in cloud environments
Expertise in Agentic AI, RAG, and vector databases
Leadership of 8-15 direct reports
Proficiency with LLMs, LangChain, and containerized deployment
Nice-to-have
SAFe Agilist or SAFe Architect certification
Advanced cloud architecture certifications
Experience with multi-enclave DoD environments
Hands-on GPU programming and CUDA optimization
Familiarity with AI governance and bias mitigation frameworks
Key Requirements
