Job Summary
Assist in organizing, planning and directing the medical records department in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Maintain a good working rapport with interdepartment personnel to assure proper maintenance of medical records and ensure compliance with privacy rules.
Supervise staff including disciplinary measures and attend mandatory training programs such as OSHA, TB, HIPAA, and Abuse Prevention.
