The primary purpose of this job position is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician.
Essential duties include noting and reporting errors in medication administration, performing administrative requirements, and maintaining a friendly, productive working relationship with other members of the department.
The role requires participation in Quality Assurance programs and committees that affect the medication pass and seek to improve performance and accuracy.
