The Laboratory Animal Management Association is seeking a Field Medical Alignment Director (FMAD) to enhance its strategic and operational frameworks within the oncology field medical affairs team. Job Summary

  • Supports the achievement of scientific and medical strategies across the portfolio of Company Products, serving as part of the Country Field Medical Affairs Leadership Team.
  • Responsible for the continuous development and improvement of cross-functional alignment between various therapeutic areas and establishing a standardized operating model.
  • The salary range for this role is $210,400.00 - $331,100.00, with eligibility for annual bonus and long-term incentive, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
