Candidates will execute month-end activities, manage accruals and variances, and ensure data consistency for senior management decision-making.

Must-have
4+ years accounting or FP&A experience
SAP and Oracle Planning Hub proficiency
Manufacturing cost and inventory analysis
Month-end close and SOX compliance
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables
Nice-to-have
Power BI and Power Apps proficiency
Lean process improvement mindset
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Experience with global planning cycles
Ability to work in ambiguous environments
Key Requirements
4+ years of accounting/cost/FP&A experience
Valid US visa and passport required
Proficiency in SAP, BW (SOAR), and Oracle Planning Hub
Qualified finance professional or working towards certification
