As a Director, you will partner with clients and a team of internal consultants to develop innovative digital strategies to advance their clinical and financial outcomes.
The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.

Base: $150,000 - $210,000; Bonus/Equity: $37,250 - $73,750 (inclusive of annual incentive); Benefits: Medical, dental, vision coverage and wellness programs

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
12+ years management consulting experience
Big 4 or top-tier management consultant firm experience
Proven track record in leading digital transformation projects
Deep understanding of healthcare provider operations
