Job Summary

  • Acts as the primary GEHC Services face to the customer, responsible for resolving advanced service repair needs and installations of customer equipment.
  • Lead, instruct and assist less experienced Field Engineers, acting as a technical expert for escalations and FMI's for one or more modalities.
  • Maintain relationships with customers, ensuring timely communication, resolution and proper follow up to drive customer satisfaction and adhering to company policies.
