Acts as the primary GEHC Services face to the customer, responsible for resolving advanced service repair needs and installations of customer equipment.
Lead, instruct and assist less experienced Field Engineers, acting as a technical expert for escalations and FMI's for one or more modalities.
Maintain relationships with customers, ensuring timely communication, resolution and proper follow up to drive customer satisfaction and adhering to company policies.
