Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, including processing employment documentation and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
Plan, conduct, and document all required Fire/Internal Disasters and External Mass Casualty Drills, and organize In Service education programs for staff to assure competency.
Supervise staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures, and provide direct resident/patient care while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Requirements
