Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating bond offering documents, indentures, debentures, offering memoranda, and related covenant packages.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience executing transactions under the Securities Act of 1933, including high-yield bonds, Rule 144A offerings, Eurobonds, and EMTN programs.
