Must-have
5 years experience in financial institution or ISV
Expert knowledge of BTCS Principal Trading solutions
Broad knowledge of trading styles and asset classes
Ability to author and deliver tailored product presentations
Experience responding to RFI/RFP documents
Nice-to-have
Development experience with C++, Java, or C#
Familiarity with electronic trading platforms like Flextrade
Strong interest in technology and trading
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a small team
Outgoing with excellent written and verbal communication
Key Requirements
Degree in hard sciences preferred
5+ years experience in support, development, or trading role
Good Tbricks knowledge for internal candidates (1 year minimum)
