You will be responsible for applying high-level functional, consultative, and analytical skills, including mapping processes, documenting requirements, and supporting UAT.

Must-have
Translate business needs into functional requirements
Map AS-IS / TO-BE processes
Document functional scope and user stories
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Manage functional support tickets
Orchestrate critical incidents
Generate SQL reports and queries
Nice-to-have
Consultative profile and clear communication
Systemic vision and assertiveness
Experience in industrial environments
Knowledge of Spanish language
Experience with global systems or integrations
Key Requirements
Completed Higher Education
Advanced English proficiency
Previous experience as IT Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst (functional), or BRM
Experience with functional documentation and process mapping
Experience with Agile methodologies
Basic to intermediate SQL skills
Experience in UAT creation, conduction, and validation
Experience in functional support and SLA adherence
Availability for hybrid work regime (3x in person)
