  • Provide leadership to the Arkansas 4-H Civic Engagement and Leadership program statewide, including curriculum development, state event coordination, and volunteer training.
  • Lead the state officer team, ambassador program, and Teen Leader Conference, while planning and revising 4-H project areas.
  • Develop and nurture partnerships with stakeholders, extension agents, and research faculty to disseminate 4-H project materials and evaluate program impact.
