Serve as the Head of Department of ACO-PGR, overseeing Planning, Regulatory Affairs & Change Management, Policy & Training, and PMO teams.
Support the Head of ACO and FCOA in managing the organization and developing strategy through assessment, materials, and communication with key stakeholders.
Develop a framework for greater efficiency and open communication, creating an environment for teams to develop and take larger roles in governing their areas of control.
