Job Summary
Lead and deliver on complex client cybersecurity diligence engagements with the ability to analyze/assess vulnerabilities in infrastructure and application security.
Ability to work as a team member servicing Private Equity (PE) and Corporate Strategic buyers and demonstrate the ability to communicate with high-level counterparts.
Deliver quality technology planning and strategy in complex transitions with timely and responsive services and work products that meet and/or exceed client expectations.

Base: $107,000 - $214,500; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance; Benefits: Competitive benefits and compensation package
