Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 7+ years experience in facilities HVAC and control systems
  • Expert knowledge of BACnet and Modbus protocols
  • Proficiency with ALC, Tridium, JCI, or Siemens BMS platforms
  • Experience defining multi-site control network standards

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

  • P.E. or PMP certification (Preferred)
  • Expertise in ASHRAE, Title 24, and LEED standards
