Job Summary

  • As our new Front Office Supervisor, you are responsible for the operational course of events in the department, working closely with colleagues and manager to search for the best efficiency and challenge yourself and others.
  • You will coordinate and arrange reception activities, manage employees in exchange shifts, plan efficiently, and coach, guide, and develop the team to optimize the department and upsell.
