  • Ensure excellent support to Vorwerk employees and new space openings, managing the IT equipment lifecycle and acting with different levels of national and international support.
  • Support users in resolving hardware, software, network, access, and peripheral issues, including preparation and configuration of new computers and corporate applications.
  • Provide support for the opening of new commercial spaces, including network planning, needs assessment, vendor coordination, and infrastructure testing.
