  • You will manage the admissions process efficiently to ensure a positive experience for residents, families and supporting staff while collaborating with other facility departments.
  • You will maintain confidentiality of resident care information and assist in outreach events to attract hospital discharge planners, physicians, and other key persons to the facility.
