Base: $160,000 - $230,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonuses and equity grants; Benefits: Health insurance, 401k, and paid time off

Must-have
J.D. degree and bar admission required
7-10 years of relevant legal experience
Deep expertise in executive compensation
Experience with global equity programs
Complex cross-border M&A transaction work
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings
Collaborative mindset with no task too big
Ability to balance legal risk with business needs
