Job Summary
The Job Coach is responsible for supporting the achievement of high quality employment outcomes for young people with a disability through delivery of UnitingCare’s Project SEARCH Transition-to-Work Program.
This role will see you build and maintain relationships with follow on services such as Disability Employment Service providers to assist each intern transition in to open employment.
NFP Salary Packaging: Save tax and increase your take home pay by salary packaging your everyday living expenses and bills (up to $15,900) and meal entertainment (up to $2,650) per annum.
