  • Expertise in SIGINT HUMINT GEOINT OSINT disciplines
  • Proficiency with Coliseum HOTR NHRTC OSCAR-MS tools

Nice-to-have

  • Experience supporting J39 or J2 staff at Combatant Command
  • Graduate of service or joint collection management course
  • Understanding of IRCs including MISO MILDEC OPSEC Cyber
  • Familiarity with adversary decision-making processes
  • Experience developing ISR collection for non-kinetic targeting

  • Minimum 15 years relevant experience within last 2 years
  • Master's degree or Bachelor's plus 5 additional years (17 total)
