Base: $40.38 - $59.23 per hour; Bonus: Company bonus available depending on performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, and wellness programs included
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Five years leadership experience in manufacturing
Knowledge of cGMP and Global Quality Standards
Safety procedure compliance and incident investigation
Device Assembly and Packaging operations knowledge
Team management across multiple shifts
Nice-to-have
Experience with PLC, HMI, and networking concepts
CMMS software proficiency
Parenteral or Formulation filling background
Strong coaching and feedback delivery skills
Ability to work without close supervision
Key Requirements
High School Diploma required
Five years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
