Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Essential duties include following maintenance schedules, reporting all accidents/incidents, coordinating daily maintenance services with nursing, and performing routine maintenance on grounds and facility equipment.
The role requires the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, deal tactfully with various individuals, and maintain the appearance of maintenance work areas.
