Job Summary

  • Collaborate with clients and internal DXC teams to capture and validate outwards/ceded reinsurance business requirements.
  • Analyze client outwards/ceded reinsurance workflows and identify opportunities for leveraging and/or enhancing DXC’s software solutions.
  • Work with DXC outwards/ceded reinsurance software platforms such as Global XLPro, ELGAR, or DXC SICScede.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Outwards/ceded reinsurance principles
  • Property & Casualty Insurance knowledge
  • UK, Europe, and U.S. markets

  • Stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with LORS, SRS, Solvency II
  • Experience with non-DXC reinsurance software
  • Client-facing project leadership

Key Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of P&C Insurance
  • Specialized expertise in outwards/ceded reinsurance
  • Experience in UK, Europe, and U.S. markets
  • Proficiency in SQL Server and Excel
  • Experience leading client-facing projects or teams is a plus
