Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Python and C/C++ or Java proficiency
Experience fine-tuning LLMs with Hugging Face
Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
Knowledge of LangChain and agentic workflows
Active Department of War security clearance required
Onsite work in Pittsburgh or Arlington 5 days per week
Nice-to-have
Experience with adversarial testing and AI safety
Familiarity with distributed training frameworks like DeepSpeed
Background in defense or intelligence AI projects
Contributions to open-source AI libraries
Experience deploying LLM APIs at scale
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in CS, ML, Statistics, or related field
4+ years relevant experience (or MS with 2 years)
Ability to obtain and maintain active DoD security clearance
Willingness to work onsite 5 days per week in PA or VA
