Job Summary

  • Define and lead the company’s end-to-end Content AI strategy across the full content lifecycle — from production and post-production workflows to leveraging content and video understanding for personalization, localization, distribution, and monetization.
  • Establish and lead the Content AI Center of Excellence (CoE), shaping how AI is evaluated, prioritized, governed, and scaled across Warner Bros. Discovery’s global portfolio of businesses.
  • Partner across Studios /Theatricals, Streaming, Games, Distribution, Content Operations, Sales, and Technology organizations to accelerate AI adoption while ensuring responsible deployment aligned with legal, policy, and brand considerations.
