Salary
Base: $42,750 - $62,700; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, 10 days holidays
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Understanding of GD&T principles
Experience with ISO9001/ISO13485 standards
Ability to read technical drawings and prints
Proficiency with measurement tools like calipers
Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Nice-to-have
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented approach to quality assurance
Willingness to train others on systems
Commitment to continuous improvement initiatives
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Integer work experience OR 3 years related manufacturing experience
High school graduate or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
Experience using pin gages, calipers, and optical comparators
Understanding of ISO9001/ISO13485 quality standards
