Must-have
5+ years Human Resource ERP domain expertise
7+ years presales or sales consulting experience
Deep knowledge of core HR concepts and payroll
Experience with cloud-based HCM applications like SAP or Oracle
Ability to travel 50% for client engagements

Healthcare industry or Payor experience preferred
Outstanding presentation skills for C-Level executives
