Nerdgigs is seeking a Maintenance Shift Engineer to support and optimize manufacturing operations by ensuring peak efficiency in processing areas. The ideal candidate will possess engineering expertise, preferably in mechanical or chemical disciplines, along with a strong background in maintenance and troubleshooting

Job Summary

  • Engineers support internal and external manufacturing operations to remain operational, continuously improve and innovate.
  • The Maintenance Shift Engineer partners with the Operation’s Shift Manager to ensure the processing area(s) are operating at peak efficiency.
  • The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable, and offered a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in engineering or related scientific field and 2 years experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 years experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Manufacturing, Maintenance or Military environments
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing, Maintenance or Military environments
  • Valid Driving License: No
  • Hazardous Material(s): spills
