Base: $180,000+ DOE; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive bonus plan with guarantee; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO

Must-have
10+ years employee benefits industry experience
5+ years senior sales leadership experience
Strong broker and consultant relationships
Deep knowledge of Western Region markets
Proven success driving group benefits growth
Nice-to-have
Experience leading integrated LAD and Voluntary Benefits
National accounts or complex distribution experience
Advanced industry designations like CLU or CEBS
Leadership through organizational change
Digital enablement initiative support
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Life and Health license or ability to obtain
Located within or close proximity to the Western Region territory
