Job Summary
Coordinates the BSO interdisciplinary team meetings and rounds working collaboratively with social work, pharmacy, physicians and community partners.
Completes all required reports and statistics as required for the home while overseeing completion of all documentation related to behaviors.

Key Requirements
Registered Practical Nurse with College of Nurses of Ontario
Current CPR and First Aid Certificates

Demonstrated knowledge working with individuals with various conditions
