Skills & Requirements
Must-have
GenAI-powered applications using LLMs
Building agent-based systems
Implementing Agentic workflows
Integrating AI systems with enterprise platforms
Evaluating model, agent, and system behavior
Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems
Building and deploying REST services using Flask or FastAPI
Working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Nice-to-have
LLM fine-tuning and parameter-efficient tuning
Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Autogen
Working knowledge of production-grade MLOps
Experience with vector DBs like Pinecone, Chroma
Understanding of security, compliance, and data governance
Key Requirements
10+ years overall experience
4+ years on AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience
