Test Operations expertise
Subcontractor site presence required
Probe, Test and T&R yield monitoring
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Experience with Teradyne Eagle Test Platform
Product transfer coordination
Quality system management knowledge
Nice-to-have
Good written and verbal communication skills
Relationship nurturing with subcontractors
Continuous improvement activities
Collaboration with cross-functional teams
Training subcontractor engineers
Understanding of electronic circuit analysis
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in Process/Probe/Test/Tape & Reel Operations
Willingness to work full time onsite in Jiangyin
Experience with international quality standards (IATF16949, ISO9001, ESD20.20, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO17025, VDA5.3)
Ability to travel occasionally within and outside China
