The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include reporting changes in resident condition, recording information accurately, and assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing and dressing.
This role requires maintaining resident confidentiality and cooperating with inter-departmental personnel to ensure adequate nursing services.
