You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures that govern the nursing service department to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
The role requires ensuring sufficient staffing levels of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants are available for every shift to meet the daily care needs of each resident.
