Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is to act as a leader to production Associates while performing non-cyclical production work such as ordering and maintaining materials necessary to run production.
  • This position will follow and ensures written procedures are met to ensure production and quality requirements, including recognizing when Good Documented Practices are not being followed.

Must-have

  • 5 years Integer related work experience
  • 7+ years light assembly experience
  • Regulated industry experience required
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Ability to read detailed instructions
  • Recognize obvious defects in workmanship
  • Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices

Nice-to-have

  • Medical device experience preferred
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in wide range of products
  • Willing to fill in where needed
  • Ability to train others in operations

Key Requirements
