Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in engineering or Bachelor’s degree in engineering and equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in electronics manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of quality tools (Six Sigma, 8D, 5-Why, FTA, Pareto, FMEA, Lean)
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO9001, AS9100)
  • Experience with First Article Inspection Reports (AS9102)
  • Experience with AS9145 APQP/PPAP
  • Strong Engineering skills regarding machining and process flow
  • Strong project management skills
