Job Summary
Deliver, plan, and continuously improve effective and safe training that develops the competence of field operatives and stakeholders, translating technical knowledge into practical learning, supporting business needs, and promoting a strong service and safety culture.
Train proactively and coach field operatives, conduct trainings to develop competences of non-technical people, and seek and experiment with new learning methods.
Support competence development surveys, assessments, and new employee induction, and be a role model for service mindset and safety.
