Job Summary
Join Axon’s Professional Services team as a PSA Systems Administrator, owning the administration and optimization of Certinia as our Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool within Salesforce.
You will configure and enhance the PSA system to support project tracking, resource management, timekeeping, billing, and forecasting at scale.
