Key Requirements
Valid registration as a Registered Social Worker (RSW)
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in geriatric social work
Expertise in program development and psychosocial models
Demonstrated expertise in quality improvement concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
Proficiency in data literacy
Ability to undertake frequent travel within assigned provinces (approximately 80% field based)
